Fairly clean hotel with a pleasant staff and neat and attractive rooms. Stunning location to Tunnel Barn Farm. And near Leamington Spa, the " 4 star " restaurant, and Claverdon.

Best thing was the hot tub! Loved it. We also had a lovely corner room with two windows which looked out over the golf course. Very pleasant place to go to for a relaxing couple of days. We found the...

Nothing! The reception staff were not welcoming and the reception area and lounge had an odour reminescent of soiled nappies. In the restaurant we had pre-dinner drinks at a dirty table. The food was awful, obviously realised by the...

The hotel had a marvellous position, to another area further away. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the rooms where recently upgraded and reasonably large. It had nice views of the lake and a convenient decor....

Very relaxed, staff always tried to help.
Only little things. many of the public areas were not warm enough. The restaurant was good but pricey.

The room was spacious, clean, and boasted a super king size bed, made for a comfortable sleep. Enjoyed a superb dinner in the bar with delicious food, particularly the fries. Breakfast fell short with a mediocre selection akin to a travel lodge. The spa experience was disappointing with a cold pool and non-functioning jacuzzi. An allergy issue was mishandled by the staff.

We enjoyed a quiet weekend, which was the intention, and were relieved that 2 weddings were not a disturbance. Comfortable room and good food at the Lodge.
At breakfast, we`d prefer fresh fruit and more choice of bread.

1. Friendly staff 2. Good food. 3. Peacefulness of room. 4. Space to walk around outside. 5. Lovely lake
Impossible to activate internet on computer. Inability to book massages etc. as booked up. Surely some preference for residents could be given here? Eggs were very late (too late for me!) at breakfast. No hot water in room. Warm only!
